In 2012, having written the album of songs based around a decaying relationship, I scripted WONDER and re-mixed instrumentals of the songs as the score. The film follows four couples over a night and day as they are seen to be falling apart, whilst simultaneously being drawn into each other’s worlds.
WONDER was premiered at Raindance Film Festival in 2012 and featured at the New York City Film Festival the same year.
Having attended a screening, the actor Tom Wilkinson was moved to describe the film as ‘the most beautiful love story’. WONDER was seen by the director Richard Loncraine who would later ask me to edit Finding Your Feet.
